1) The government child welfare and protection civil servants have been busy 'brain washing' Larivee to 'parrot' the narrative which is in 'the CFSA best interests' -- never mind how little she weighed as a 36 month child; never mind that her skull was fractured. never mind that her body was covered in lacerations, never mind that her body was turning purple with contusions, never mind that there were signs of sexual assault -- the child welfare and protection civil servant, who is also a registered, licensed social worker, having studied to at least get her BSW designation, didn't apply anything she had ever learned while studying about what the signs of ABUSE are, physical, sexual and yes, mental/emotional, NEVER APPLIED any of it to her cases! It's called breach of fiduciary duty of care. It's called negligence, perhaps maybe even malicious negligence. AND, seeing it and doing nothing, is called a 'crime against mankind'. SOMEBODY OUGHT TO CARE and if Larivee isn't, then who?
2) my comment is that I am a former child of the system and have a child in the system. It is very clear to everyone that this agency uses secrecy not to protect the children , but to protect themselves .
You don't seem to have any individuality, you seem to say what they want you to say . You are suppose to be an person of authority .
Do you want us to send you the hundreds and thousands of parents that have had their children taken for the smallest reasons imaginable. Yet you are saying that these people can't have their children removed . Keep in mind all parents in Alberta have their children removed even before they have been found guilty. This often means years apart from their kids. So don't give the excuse it can't be done.
Have you visited group homes, I have . Have you sat and watched numerous CFSA court cases in the Calgary and Edmonton and Red Deer court house , I have . Have you interviewed parents and children in the system , looked at their evidence of the corruption of CFSA , I have . Have you personally been affected by CFSA breaking laws ,legislation with no repercussions , I have.
Have you watched your child die because of CFSA ignoring a parent ...I haven't but my child was assaulted by a kinship worker and nothing done.
Why don't you go home and rent the movie the doctor , with William Hurt . I see you as him at the beginning of the movie .
Quit defending lack of action with excuses , hiding behind legislation as they do .
