Video - WHY???? Missouri you had a heads up two years before this child was murdered directly from the "mouth of the babe" and you did NOTHING! Social Services seems to have no issues fabricating stories to remove children who are healthy, happy & safe yet when a child is being abused like Adrian his cries fell on deaf ears. For SHAME on the way this case was conducted because he would be alive today if you had done your job correctly to protect a child who was being abused.
