Saw that this page helped her find her siblings. So I'm hoping the same results for my family. My little brother was taken away by cps back in 1986-1988, sorry can't really remember but my brother was around 4/5 yrs old. Taken from Pharr, Tx CPS agency. Been trying forever to try to get a hold of him & make my mother very happy one of these Mothers Days since it's been over 25yrs that we haven't seen or had any contact with him. Please help us...
