I want to remind you that caseworkers and cops are going to get away with WHAT YOU LET THEM GET AWAY WITH! When you open your door for a stranger, you have just breached your constitutional right to be safe in your home and in your person. The argument often is, "Well they will just go get a warrant". LET THEM. There is massive pressure on judges to operate within due process. The constitution IS CLEAR about unreasonable search and caseworkers must present evidence for a removal. You can increase the pressure on judges by doing several things: 1. Judges are elected. Vote your district judge out of office! 2. Seek out and talk to judicial candidates. Make them aware that you are educated as to the Constitution and your rights, and that you want assurance that he will uphold the constitution that he is sworn to protect. 3. Protest your county courthouse. Peaceful protest IS your constitutional right. We must stand together to bring our lawmakers and judiciary into constitutional compliance. The constitution states very clearly that it is up to US to ensure that our rights are not infringed upon by those in power. US. YOU. ME.
