Photo - I have the best news today. Ever since the day they took my grandson, Cps, The Judge, Cps lawyers, the child's lawyer have been horrible to me and to my daughter in law. Well, yesterday, we went to court for our placement hearing, (with no lawyer). After everyone said how much they wanted to sell B____ to a couple in Kansas., and they felt (in the best interest of the child) he should never be returned to his bio family. And they want to term as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the Judge listened to their crap. Then after he yelled a little at the mother of B____ and realized she had completed everything and has been clean 70 days. He said if she con'd to do this B___ may get to come home. THIS PISSED THE LAWYER OFF FOR CPS. She said..." YOUR HONOR this will only slow the transitioning of B___'s adoption".. the Judge said "If there's away for a child to go home with his parents, they are going home with the parents." That lawyer didn't say a word or anything for that matter. You go judge!! I feel a little better now .. At least, I have hope now..
