Video - Innocence Destroyed Written by Bill Bowen, the man who was working with the late Senator Nancy Schaefer who was murdered while attempting to initiate changes within CPS and exposing them. Bill Bowen also had an unexpected demise when he was found to have had a "heart attack" on a golf course when going to meet an unidentified person who expressed interest in buying rights to his production of the system.
