Central Ave, Ste #200 Phoenix, Arizona AGENDA Report Consolidation Session Law Discuss and take possible action on a session law that requires the Department to submit to the Governor and the legislature a report recommending consolidating DCS reports. Committee’s Report The Committee will review and take possible action on the report drafted by designated Committee members. The Committee report shall discuss the Committee’s activities and recommendations during this fiscal year. The report is due by August 15. Child and Family Service Review (CFSR) Program Improvement Plan (PIP) A list of CFSR PIP activities will be provided to the Committee, and the Committee will discuss providing feedback on selected areas of the plan. Standard Annual Report Process The Committee will discuss and take possible action on adopting a standard process for developing the annual report in which recommendation to the Department can be made. Call for Public Comments: The Committee will allow public comments at this time. Those wishing to address the Board do not need to request permission in advance; however, those wishing to speak during this time will be given three (3) minutes to do so. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01(H), the Board can only take action on matters listed on the agenda. No action will be taken today on public matters; however, comments will be kept on the record as the meeting is recorded. Please do not reveal case specific information as each case participant has the right to confidentiality. Executive Session:The Committee may vote to go into Executive Session for discussion and consultation with the DCS General Counsel regarding agenda items 1-6 above pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3). A copy of the agenda and background material provided to Committee members (with the exception of material relating to possible executive sessions) are available for public inspection at the Committee’s office, 3003 N.
