Photo - This morning I have been pondering a way to reach families of #TAKEN children. Also the #TAKEN children themselves. We are creating a bumper sticker to reach #TAKEN children, and we have started to spread the word on sites like Whisper, and chat rooms. I am calling out to anyone reading this to assist us. Tell people about our website. Share our link in places that I may not have access to. I think there may be confusion about what the website is for. It is a website for #TAKEN children and their biological families(Parents)(#TAKEN children). It is also a go to website for families still fighting(Resources) the corrupt family court system. It is a search site. We are also a community within the search site(make a profile to join the community). Articles and opinions of the issues we face(Articles). This morning I answered a question for a parent about the website for a parent. My answer: Yes ma'am, we have created a search website for #TAKEN children and their biological families. A parent can make a simple profile for themselves and one for each #TAKEN child. It's very simple and takes about 10 minutes. Mark has discovered am innovative way to link the profiles. Let's say your #TAKEN child finds out he is adopted. He goes on the Internet to try and find his biological family. Mark has set out website up with every conceivable search word and phrase that a child might use to search for biological family. When a child types in, "how do I find my parents", websites that help children do that will pop up. The child will then start going thru each one. When a #TAKEN child finds our website and creates his own profile, it will connect to other profiles in the data base that have matches, such as name, adopted name(biological parents often know what that is), town, state, birthdate, etc. Our site operated on the endless volunteer hours of Mark, Jenn, Sheila, Kristen, and myself and donations. We feel that parents of #TAKEN children have been victimized enough already so we will never charge a fee to become a member of the AmericasTaken community. You are welcome to join our community. Also there are many articles, and links to other search sites on our website. There are many ways to place search tools in the path of your #TAKEN child. The biological bond cannot be broken by corrupt judges, caseworkers, CASA, attorney's and GAL's. I have personally witnessed sites where children as young as eleven are secretly searching for biological family. The problem is biological family has been marginalized, targeted, and demeaned by our society, that until recently they have suffered in silence.
