We have had families say that some foster parents and other professionals say " you are nothing like what we were told you were like" One little boy said to his supervisor , "don't tell the caseworker you like my mom or she will switch you out" One parent was removed from a group home by the caseworker because they loved the parent and couldn't understand why her child was not with her.
