Photo - The Rico laws have often been brought up in our conversations about the way states, CPS agencies, judges, governors, district attorney's, attorney's, CASA, GAL's, counselor's and doctor's collude for a single goal: federal funding. It is and will continue to be my opinion that all the above mentioned entities are in direct violation of RICO laws. In one sentence: Our government is selling America's children in a pre planned, systematic way with malice of forethought. That being done to garner federal funding in the adoption market for profit. By even the loosest interpretation of Federal RICO statutes, what our government is doing to the American persons that are classified as unacceptable parents, in confiscating their children to barter for federal dollars, IS ILLEGAL.
