I had taught my son that people who commit gross sins and do not repent, go to Hell. I taught him this when he was five. (I also taught him about Heaven and God and Jesus's loving mercy and forgiveness.) He had been in the system for two years up to this point - until he was removed from a relative after being there for a month, because my son decided to stop cooperating with his therapist; a woman he called liar. My son made the inherent connection, at SEVEN, that what Child Protective Services was doing to him and his sister was not only bad, but inherently evil, and that "there is a special place for people like you." Can you imagine your seven year old saying something like that?! His innocence has been destroyed - not by his family - but by the system called "Child Protective Services". I will go one step further - my children have had their innocence stolen by the people who help enable this agency as well. That includes each and every tax payer who is blindly allowing these atrocities to occur - not just to me - but to TENS OF THOUSANDS of American families each year. Abuse happens, yes - but you tell me my son, this little boy is being abused. Correct me if I am wrong, but no abused child should have to be physically removed from their home - while screaming for their parents! These case workers work for a damn pay check, to collect government funds which are awarded based on the number of children they successfully integrate into the foster care system or adopt out. It is time to wake up and stop being the silent majority! What will you do if they come for your children? What about your nieces or nephews? Your Grandchildren? Do not give me the "I would never hurt my child so this would never happen to me crap." Newsflash - I did not hurt my infant daughter, my son, nor any other child in my entire life! I have passed a polygraph to prove it! If your child is injured or sick, and that injury or illness is deemed by any medical professional to be as a result of abuse or neglect, they will be removed. Tell me, how many of you will continue to stick your heads in the sand? I pray to God this never happens to you. Unfortunately however, child abuse and neglect is a stigma in this society. When one hears of child abuse or neglect, they automatically assume said parents of child must be guilty. Medical misdiagnosis and wrongful convictions are rampant in this industry. Even with sufficient defence expert testimony, biased judges choose the side of the Child Support Agency. Not until it happens to them do they have their eyes opened. I know, I am one of those parents. I fear, that by stifling the voices of the families, continuing to keep these proceedings shrouded in secrecy, and continuing to nurture the mislead ideology that every child in the system was abused; the ultimate goal of removing essentially all "freedom" of child rearing will be a success. Stricter regulations need to be placed into effect wherein the juvenile court must and should be held to the same burden of proof as a criminal one. Let the public into these hidden, secret, CRIMINAL, juvenile proceedings! Rid the courts of the bribery, the internal dealings, and biased, corrupted judges! We need to speak up before the government finalises its war on families. It is not too late to fight and change laws! Let me ask you this - what would you do and how would you feel if this was your child screaming? I will never stop fighting for my children. For the truth to be exposed about the death of my daughter, Ella. For the return of my son and daughter, Noah and Justice. For the truth to be exposed about my son's broken leg and the current injustices occurring! I will fight for Justice for all three,and this I swear, it will be a cold day in hell before I allow my children to become another "statistic." If I never see them again until they turn 18 - they will have a home to come to. They will have a collage education waiting for them. They will have a retirement plan and medical ira set up for them since the government is raping them of their social security and medicare while in the system.
