Yet this law is not made useable for parents by those who passed it.
It is our opinion that the law was simply passed to try to quiet Velvet and pacify the public in to thinking that something is done .
Continual recommendations for children's services have been made and ignored for years .
Cover up and judicial bulling to quiet whistleblowers ( especially families in the system) happen behind the scenes.
The point again that so many are ignoring is that laws and legislation have chronically been ignored by upper level childwelfare officials , Alberta justice, Alberta health care, and other organizations connected to CFSA .
New legislation and new recommendations can be made till ones blue in the face , but it is futile . Why , because logically if the same people ignored these laws and legislation before , why will they follow new ones.
