The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is located in DC and receives over 40 million dollars in yearly funding, their statistics for helping to recover children are pathetic. So what if anything are those multi million dollars used for other than maintaining the largest data collection of child porn worldwide? What funds are being used to track down these missing children?
