I think CPS knows damn good and well where these kids are shunted off to once they have exhausted their earning capacity for the state they reside in. Not adoptable? Sex trafficking is the perfect answer.
You can bet this is occurring in every state. These kids are expendable. After all who is accountable for them? That's right....no one.
