Photo - Yesterday I spoke with a mother in Florida.
She has a daughter and is pregnant. She had her parental rights terminated on two older children previously.
She has planned on allowing the unborn child to be adopted.
Her husband was arrested with the daughter in his vehicle. He remains in custody. DFS immediately took the child into protective custody
The court has refused to offer her a service plan, moving for immediate termination of her parental rights.
We know the Child Protection horror stories that come out of Florida on a regular basis.
The mother contacted the adopters and asked them to take the daughter also and they agreed.
The adoptions are occurring thru a privacy agency. The Guardian Ad Litem is not happy. Why? Well in my opinion it's because the state agency loses funding when a private adoption occurs.
I have observed this "cornering" of the market hundreds of times in the past 3 1/2 years.
Child Protective Services is violating RICO laws at every opportunity by attempting to control the tide of adoptions for profit industry. Should CPS(our government) be able to corner a free trade market in selling children into adoption? Even more importantly why is our Government selling children? When you ask a lawmaker that.... you will be met with an awkward silence.
The Guardian Ad Litem is working overtime to try to halt this adoption. Should that be what she is spending her time on as the paid protector of this child?
When a mother decides to adopt her children out should the state be allowed to continue to run interference for monetary gain? I think not.
