"I got my degree in social work, then once I got into the field I realized what a shit show it is. Social workers can claim they're trying to be as unbiased as possible, but at the end of the day it's a melting pot of emotions and little resources. They say "we're one of the few professions that want to go out of business." But that's idealistic bullshit, no one wants to lose their jobs. So how do we create them? Keep kids in the system. How do we keep social workers doing that? Feed them feelings based bullshit and pay them shit wages."
