The United States Supreme court stated "There is a presumption that a fit parent act's in their children's best interests". Parham Vs. J.R., 442 U. S. 584 602. "The state may not interfere in child rearing when a fit parent is available". Troxel Vs. Grandville 530 U.S. 57 (yr. 2000) Please share with your attorney if you are a fit parent. This is a Supreme Court ruling!
