I am a foster mother and im on your side!! I see it everyday! I am trying to find any info on a social worker named Vance Bruener who works for Franklin county, Ohio. He recently placed our medical foster baby in a home where the new people werent properly medically trained to meet her needs. He plainly stated Bio.Parents or anyone else cant win cuz the court always sides with him. How many kids is he hurting? He has made multiple mistakes in the cases ive seen him handle.
