She knew how to work the system, as she was employed by it. We never had a chance. The one granddaughter we raised from birth for the first 11 1/2 months of her life (precious Kaitlyn) was stolen along with her baby sister. When the caseworker and her husband filed taxes they declared our granddaughter as theirs. However, we had raised her for the first 11 1/2 months. They also declared her sister Danielle (whom they had less than a week in a half of the year.)
