Photo - I had a conversation with a young mom recently and one of her questions was, "what can I do to make change"? We were discussing the loss of her cps case. In my opinion: We must attack the system on multiple levels from within. Our younger advocates and activists should pursue professions in the legal field so they can eventually become judges, district attorney's, and guardian as litems. It is very important for our young parents to educate themselves and aspire to positions of authority so they can indeed change the family court system as it exists at this time. This also includes areas such as the medical field, court employees, and political endeavors. The politicians that follow me on Twitter are young. The people who are going to live to make effective change are the parents of #TAKEN children.
