Question: Do other groups know what you know about the Family First Act? Answer: There are some other groups that support it. I encourage people to read the bill. That's why I posted the link. At this time I do not support it. Bills are brought to the house as is then they can be changed once they get there. Things can be removed or added. But there are a lot of bad things in this bill that would have to be taken out in order to make it good. This is my opinion and the conclusion that I have come to based off of what I have read. The bill that was put in front of them has adoption incentives that will re-fund and allow adoption incentives to continue through until at least the year 2021. They would have to agree to take that out. Along with the funding for the super computers etc. Then what a lot of people do not realize is that at any point they can amend this bill and add things back in even if they took it out to appease people. In 1974 an Act was passed that increased the adoption rate by 64%! (MISSING) That enabled the industry to become a 500 billion dollar industry.
