Then send your thought and recommendations to each and everyone of your state officials. We spend hours on Facebook sharing our feelings and input on how to change the system. This is how to do it. With lack for a better terminology be polite, mature, don't swear, or be abrasive. Tell them a small part of your story, let them know what you think would better serve the children and family. The main point to be made is keeping the children out of foster homes and using the incentive money to help the families struggling.
