I have heard endless accounts of cases where a corrupt Family Court judge has gotten away with depriving a parent of their right to legal counsel by refusing to appoint in the last 3 1/2 years.
This is a blatant refusal to uphold their oath to defend, protect and uphold the Constitution of The United States of America.
I say again that the Constitution is a document for EVERY citizen. I hear arguments that this is only for criminal cases and I do not agree.
Corrupt family court judges are acting with impunity and malice when they refuse the right to counsel.
These family court judges act like tyrants in their little kingdom of the county they preside in. Decisions that violate human and civil rights are handed down by corrupt family court judges like candy at a parade.
If your civil rights have been violated by a family court judge you need to make as much noise about it as possible. File complaints with Attorney Generals, Inspector Generals, Governors, the ACLU, the FBI, the Robing Room, Bar Associations and send formal letters of complaint to the White House.
We must raise our voices endlessly against tyranny.
