This governor gives the impression of being clueless to the destruction he is sending down the pipe for the American Families who are targeted. I think he knows full well the funding implications of harvesting and bartering children.
Shame on you Governor Matt Bevin. You are a child trafficker just like your appointee. It might make you feel better to pass the buck to her but it does not make you any less culpable.
